Having trained in the Ritz Hotel London, Andrew Hanson both Owner and Chef, ventured back to Swansea,
where his reputation now precedes him.
Formerly of ‘Hansons’ on the Marina, Andrew Hanson has been cooking at Hanson at the Chelsea
Restaurant for nine years and has made a huge success of the business.
He has built on his wealth of restaurant experiences to offer customers of Hanson at the Chelsea,
a menu that is full of big flavours and classic combinations. Here at Hansons Restaurant, we feel it
is important to treat ‘exceptional ingredients’ with the upmost respect.
